Build it and they will come. Reading about the recent closings of local restaurants, boutique stores, etc., when are “they” (shop owners) going to get it?
There is a great need for affordable places to eat and shop. The local people would support you year round. Think of the locals, not just summer people.
We need neighbor-friendly, family-style restaurants where you don’t need to take out a mortgage to afford to go out and eat!
Build it and we will come, year round!
